Todos Mis Muertos is the second chapter of Liliana Zavala’s album trilogy and has evolved into a ritual performance developed with her band, most often presented around the Day of the Dead.

The project emerged from the need to honor loved ones who are no longer physically present, as well as from a deep curiosity about the ceremonies, chants and rhythms surrounding wakes and mourning rituals across Latin America and Argentina.

Rather than approaching death as loss alone, Todos Mis Muertos explores remembrance as an active and shared practice, where sound, rhythm and voice create continuity between worlds.

The music draws from ritual forms connected to farewell and transition, allowing grief, memory and presence to coexist.

In its scenic version, the project expands beyond the album format to include movement and dance, with performative elements inspired by Cuban Orishas among other ritual references. These layers transform the concert into a collective ceremonial experience shaped by repetition, embodiment and listening.
